A regal Yom Tov dessert, like no other! These miniatures are so full of flavor and texture, you and your family will savor every last bite! 

The Apple Tartlet is an apple shaped miniature sitting atop a crunchy vanilla tart filled with apple reduction covered in chocolate genache. The red delicious apple is filled with chocolate mousse, rosemary cream and soft airy chocolate cake. This masterpiece is finished off with some mock honey comb on either side of the apple, and a hand crafted edible stem.

It is best to keep the apples frozen, but best served at room temperature.
