The cake contains the creamiest strawberry mousse, a layer of strawberry reduction, some smooth white chocolate strawberry genache and is finished off with some fluffy sponge cake. The top is decorated with some intricate chocolate designs and a beautiful golden ushpizen medallion.  

Best kept refrigerated until ready to present.
